Hahaha, its only a text code... 
You put a sentence and add this, { USERNAME } to it, minus the spaces between the word and brackets.
It will show the user his user name when he's seeing it...

its just a joke though its a text code you put into your signature so whoever is looking at it, their username shows up on the screen to have the apperance of the sentance is directed towards you.
