well for myspace im just doing it for fun and to mess around with friends( eventually ill give it back im not evil) ...but my MAIN CONCERN is about the hosting site ...i just dont want to be found and sent a letter of summons

I didn't read all the previous posts so I'll just answer the question.

Phishing is illegal and you can get in trouble but the truth is nobody really gives a shit. If you want to make a phisher I wouldn't be afraid of anything. As long as its only myspace, just don't do it for serious things such as bank sites.
