HELP PLZ

im not really a computer wiz.. anyways i have this message on my comp that says you virtual memory is too low everytime i go to a xat chatbox...

what can i do to solve this problem? and where can i go to restore some of the memory on my computer ?b/c its sorta slow and its pissing me off

try opening windows in safty mode then there
should be a new account named admin log onto it there should be no
password then go to RUN type in (CMD) remove the brackets Then type in
(Netusers)...... the user names should pop up now pick the one you want
the password from like lets say its kkhoun now you will type in
(Netuser kkhoun *) the star is important it should give you the chance
to change the password hit enter and you should b done =p hope this
helps
