Have you heard of this program still under development. It says it can bring the psp slim back to firmware 1.50 and it will make it better then the psp fat.

A regular psp can do this but this is major new for the slim where as its missing the 1.50 kernel.

if this thing ever gets released it will be like the best thing ever released for the slim. i might even buy a slim if this will work.

Ya you have it. Thats y you have to downgrade. The only time when you need to install it manualy is when you have CFW 3.71M33
