ok he said make it on the root of the memory stick, next to the psp folder.

you put it in the "ISO" folder, if you dont have a folder like that create one on the root of your memory stick which is where the psp folder is.

btw there is no ico, theres only iso and cso like Vash said.

you just go to the game menu and click on he memory stick, just like with game demos.
