Re: Pandora's Battery Just Got A Lot Simpler
here-
"Pandora with special pandora battery
You've probably heard of the Pandora Battery by now and you've probably wanted to downgrade your psp. You find out you have to have another psp, more importantly, it has to have already been downgraded (there are other ways but aren't n00b friendly at all)! Then, you hear about the Datel 'TOOL' Battery, which says it can put your psp in 'service mode'. So you order one and it arrives a couple days later. You open it, pop it in your psp and switch it on. Nothing happens. Follow this guide for a refreshing 1.5 psp! smile
1. Download this GUI. http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/pandora-...sed-72354.html It installs the necessary files on your memory stick.
2. Follow the steps in the GUI.
WARNING
Step 3 in the GUI tells you to reboot your psp. If you do this while your Datel battery is in, you'll go directly in to service mode. It won't harm your psp or anything, it's just that some people go absolutely gaagaa and think it's a virus, ok?yikes
3. When you have installed everything on your stick, you have what we call a 'Magic Memory Stick'. You need an MMS + a JigKick Battery (3 different types: Sony Service battery (official), a Pandora's Battery (homebrew) and Datel 'TOOL' (yours)) to have a complete Pandora's Battery kit. Put your MMS and TOOL in your psp. Reboot.
4. Now you should be in service mode. Follow the on screen steps.
5. Yay! You got 1.5! Cue funky dance! winkmrgreenthumbsup
6. Wait, you're not done yet! Run KXploit from [GAME]. Otherwise, some forms of apps (like updates) won't work!
7. Now you can run 3.52M33-4 under [GAME] for some REAL psp experience!
This tutorial is 20% me and 80% ff8ff8 from http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/genmes … c=38235129
All I really did was re-write for uber-n00bs

Re: Pandora's Battery Just Got A Lot Simpler
wait i dont get it?? all you hav u do is put the battery tool into the psp and it turns it into homebrew??
Re: Pandora's Battery Just Got A Lot Simpler
I know I make a lot of questions but, whats the difference between pandoras box and a normal battery? what does pandoras box do?
Re: Pandora's Battery Just Got A Lot Simpler
just to clarify a bit-
the guide i posted above dosent need a homebrew psp (you only need a cfw psp to make the battery- datel has done that for you )
@elitezero- no you also need a magic mem stick (look at the link ) then you follow the gui
@[Elite]Spikey- fistly its a pandora's battery.....not a box . It basically enables you to bring back your fat psp to ofw 1.50 which is the easiest to load cfw on. Have a quick look on the interent
