the bandana is an unfinished object in the game. they didnt finish making it so they left it how it is, the only way of obtaining it is by hacking. It doesn't do anything.

thats similar to the bandana, they don't do anything and you can only get them by hacking.

my guess (you might laugh at this, feel free to do so, because I did when it came to mind)
the bandana's purpose was to make the sweat from the player as a result of fatigue to keep it away from the player's eyes and face, reulting in better headshots...

that makes sense, I also heard the bandana would give infinite ammo before.

basically, you extract the folder whihch starts with ulus-xxxxxxx and something like that. Then in your psp, go to savedata and do one of the following:

Search for an identical folder, if found MAKE A BACKUP (ie copy and paste in a folder on your computer), delete that folder, and just slap on your new save voila!

or, Search for an identical folder. If there isn't, then just paste it in.

Also, you can check the code of your save (i think, i dont have my psp at hand lol ) by going into game => save data, or something similar, and just find the icon of mpo, and there should be the code underneath. (btw you do the above paragraph on the actual psp. )
