i just made this, I will still be changing stuff on it and im not familiar with it so just ignore if you see something weird. I also need to upload an icon for the portal so it doesnt show up as "x".

Improvement?

and also, can anyone see the "TEST" topic in the portal? I want to make sure its not only me that can see it.

i moved the "portal news" topic in the news forum but i dont think anyone can reply to the news. I made it so everyone can see it but not reply so nobody would make topics on the homepage like that, Ill try to do something about that.

i have another question scratch

when you guys look in the portal there is the latest topics thing. can you see every topic in there even when youre logged out? I logged out and I was able to view every topic in there, thats not good No
