It's not named after me, it's exactly what MGSfan said. I just name everything havoc when I can't come up with a better name lol.

I finished adding the smilies now, I took many of the ones we have here and added some new ones. There's current 186 smilies added. I don't know if we should have that many.

we're not going to have vip, at least not yet. as with the smilies, we will do the same as here. People didn't really abuse them so it should be fine, and if that seems like a lot we actually have around 140 smilies here.

coder can mean a couple things, are you talking about psp hacking codes? We have a forum for that.
