Can some help me with the Mic

for x-mas i just got a new sony psp black microphone and i want to use it for the socom fireteam bravo game--> ive used it but it wont work

is it the wrong one --if it is which mic do i need and how do i use it??

I've been doing a little research and according to alot of PSP forums, the microphone isn't very compatible for Socom...
So it couldn't be the microphone itself...
What version do you use? PSP-240?
It could be some settings cause why would they set a microphone option if there isn't one for it!
Although, there was one review where the guy was thinking of experimenting with the camera/microphone!

I never used a mic for the PSP... So I have no idea... /:

Maybe you need to enable a setting or something?

Most probably, or maybe there's a different type of microphone needed for this specific type of game!
Some games come in a package with accessories, like Guitar Hero...

So far i found out that the psp mic is the wrong one
i have a psp version 1001-->version 1000 series
and i have the BLACK MIC.. apparently i have to have the WHITE mic

which really sux becuz i was really looking forward to talking
on socom ...but thnx for the help guys...i looked all over for the settings of using the mic but their is none
