Too many staff....

Hey havoc, I know it's your site and all that, but seriously... I think its time to hold off on all the people getting staff positions now, it's ridiculous, nearly every user that has been a little active has gotten a position now, so we don't even have alot of active members here, just alot of active staff.

I've also resigned my staff position here, as some people seem to think it's unfair that I am admin on both sites, and that I seem to have no use as a staff member.

Isn't there a difference between Super Moderator, Administrator
and Staff? I would consider Staff to be the one your looking for...

Are you serious? There are 1064 members on the site, 12 staff
members don't seem that much... Not including the 700 who have most
probably never came back to the site after their first visit...

Well, the site technically has 1064 members, but if you look through the list, less than 150 users have logged in this month...

You don't staff a forum based on the # of users, you do it based on activity. And it pretty much seems anyone could become staff here, just be active for a few weeks, and be friendly.... Not a very secure way to run a site

Thats not always the case, sometimes your just more advanced
and you have a higher chance to become a staff member than others...

Actually some of us were appointed when Vash was a temporary admin of sorts. But I do agree in reducing a number of Staff I wouldn't mind if it was me but its better toward security reasons there could always be a screw up.

I didn't add any of those people, that happened during my absence. I didn't remove anyone because I didn't want to dissapoint them but I do agree with you. We will have to remove some people and I hate doing that.

Maybe you should choose the ones that you think aren't up to
your standards or aren't too active around the site that often...

Alright i will not take any1 off admin or super mod but i will take 3 ppl off staff it wasnt my decsion to do it it was danny but he was trying to do something for the site so i will decide im sorry i sound bossy but its getting tiering about how so many ppl wanna be staff then so many ppl complain from here on in no1 ask to become staff or immeadte ban also the ppl im taking off staff will be the ones that havent posted in a wile(something useful) or havent been here i can think of 2 ppl vash and noddle i just need to think of 1 more
