Attention mods and admins

Mr. Tissue I need to talk to you about this before making a move

Ok here's the deal there are way too many mods and admins for a small site so here's my plan the rest of the details are here

ok for those of you who have read it some may get demotion but don't worry I though of the staff it was never in use so I though maybe we can use that as well it will have the same functions as the sup. mod but like basic form so all mods and admins see the section above.
