where can i download psx/ps1 emulator??

You don't need an emulator. Just download the PSX/PS1 game in PSP eboot format and place it in X:/PSP/GAME/ and you can run it like any other game/iso/homebrew.

Nah. But there's POPSloader where, if a game doesn't run well on a specific firmware, it'll emulate a higher firmware to play better.

I don't know. But it's reccomend to get POPSloader, because some games may work better on 3.80, some may work better on 3.90, etc.

How big is your memory stick? You could move some stuff to you PC's hard drive to make room.

i only have a 1 gig mem stick and i already moved all my stuff to my computa but saldy no room but its ok cuz im getting a 4 gig in a couple of weeks

You could get each disc separately (each of the three is about 500mb)
