crashed pc Why won't the menu appear when i press +and- together?? I activated the plugin and everything. HELP!!crashed pc

maybe because you must:
1 go to the game
2 PRESS HOME BOTTON TWO
3 PRES + AND - SIMUJLTANEUSELY
SORRY FORM MY ENGLISH I AM SPANNISH AND I DONT KNOW SPEAK ENGLISH WELL(I AM 15)
