Yea you should be able by holding the right trigger when turning on a psp...

but it wont for me my CFW is 3.90 everytime i put in the usb and make a connections it ONLY takes me to the PSP folder it never takes me back to the flash0/vsh folders

oh yea i had that same problem I had to pretty much use Pandora again for some reason it only enables USB through the memory stick and not the Flash0. So the best way is to unbrick and reinstall.
