u cant u can only downgrade firmware 3.95 with a padoa battery there is a guide on how to get that in psp>guides nd welcome

you need cfw 3.50 m33 and above and if you dont have pandora's batterie you can go to pspdiscussions.com and these guys will downgrade for you

um how do they downgrade for u and like how do u get the information from somone who has a hacked psp is it possible to just post all the files on ur psp and people could upload to their psp then it is hacked

Well not exactly, you have to flash ur psp with cfw but to do so u need a psp that can run homebrew (aka Firmware 1.50 because it has lousy security. But for a slim u need a pandora's battery because the ipl loads before the actual firmware allowing u to hack ur psp.
