Need help with Custom Firmware

I was trying to change my theme into a custom theme so then i went to my vsh folders and for some stupid reason i messed up again. NOW when i turn on my psp it doesnt work as if it were bricked. BUT my recovery mode still works. I have a back up of the vsh and other files before i made changes. But i cant use them because now i have no clue how to acess my vsh folder area with the CFW i have. Every time i toggle the usb and put it on flash zero instead of seeing the dic vsh font etc. It will only show me the PSP folder as if i did nothing.


THE DETAILS

I have custom Firmware version 3.90 m33-2
My psp seems to be bricked because i messed up on a theme.
Recoverymode still works
Dont no how to access the vsh dic font, etc folders with my current firmware. (from recovery mode)
