GTA: LCS and GTA: VCS Cheat Device and Cheat Device Codes

Have you beat GTA:LCS and GTA: VCS? Don't you get tired of just roaming around killing random people? Well, there's a special plugin called Cheat Device for both games.You can do almost anything with this plugin, if you install it without cheats, you can fly, run really fast, raise the water level, change the gravity level, skin hack the player, and spawn any vehicle in the game, including Helicopters and Planes!

If you are having trouble installing it, you can download this PC program, and all you have to do is plug your PSP into your PC and it installs both the GTA:LCS and GTA:LCS cheat devices, without cheats!
