special forum section

I think that there should be a special forum section that you can download stuff thats really good (EX:full video games for pc and psp, special hacking devices many more) but only certain ranks can access that forum you can also talk about anything there

1337 Member (lvl 4) can now access the forums but only some of it

H4X0R (lvl 7) can access most of the forums

1337 H4X0R (lvl 10) or up can access all of the forums

im all for this, im just not sure if i can do it the exact way as you said it. i think i would have to create a whole new group like theres mods and admins and let ppl that we can trust in.

yeah i just checked, i would have to create a special group. what should I name it, and i think whoever would be in their rank would change but im not sure.
