i just thought of this

put a "thanks" button under each person's post u can click if the "thanks" button if the post was helpful the person with the most thanks maybe get a reward

i saw this on another forum

yeah thats like the karma feature where you give + or - to ppl but unfortunately its not possible i tried already.
