i just made another account whats the point of banning people if they can just make a new account?

They've been getting lots of people for uploading South Park episodes because the owners of South Park have it licensed so you guys are basically stealing it from them by allowing others to see it.

The whole original point of Youtube was a chance for people to upload their "own original content" not upload episodes that someone else created.

yes thats exactly what it is but youtube doesn't really care, they just don't want to get sued. they dont remove a video until they actually receive a complaint.

There's a PS3 zealot on youtube named ShinGino who got one of his videos deleted by gametrailers because he exposed their plot about the 360/PS3 Race Driver: Grid comparison. What happened was they tried to make the 360 version look like it had the more crash physics. Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeNj_8kfRnw

Alot of sites already caught on, and many others uploaded ShinGino's video on their channels.
