Pandora battery downgrades ne psp because the ipl loads before the actual firmware so therefor you can access service mode which would allow you to downgrade your psp to 1.50 and upgrade to CFW from there. If you don't have a friend with a hacked psp you can buy one. Havoc posted a site. And Andrew posted something on how to make a magic memory stick.
