PS3 is better, Xbox 360 is ok but you need to pay for online gaming, and they give you a designated limit on how long you can play online. Although Gears of War is one of my favorite games

360 doesn't have better graphics than the PS3, because the PS3 can perfrom more SOPS (shader operations) than the 360. Also, in terms of CPU, the PS3 is twice as powerful as the 360 due to the PS3 having twice as many TFLOPS (floating operations).

360's CPU has more physics, but the PS3's is better due to twice as many TLFOPS.

Also, yeah MGS4 isn't hitting the 360. For one thing, Kojima was able to fit MGS4 on a Blu Ray disc only AFTER extensive file compression and a Blu Ray disc holds 50 gigs while a DVD holds 9 gigs. So a 6 DVD MGS4 is impossible. Also, MGS4 makes strong use of the PS3's CPU, so basically the 360 would never be able to handle it.

As for games, I really don't see many games coming for the 360 now besides Ninja Gaiden 2 (it was out 3 days ago), gears of war 2, Alan Wake, Fable 2, and too human. Besides MGS4, PS3 is getting Resistance 2, LittleBigPlanet, Tekken 6, FFXIII and versus, Playstation Home, Killzone 2 (has more potential than the previous) and a number of other games. What's more, Bioshock 1 is now hitting the PS3.

Either way, I like all consoles alike. They're all great, and I don't see why people get worked up over this shit. lmao

Though I never understood why people favor XBL over PSN. I mean, they're both the same thing.

xbox 360 is the wrost gaming system since the dreamcast epic fail. I know for a fact that the ps3 is the better system. I state this because it works, unlike the xbox's red ring of death. the 360 is a worthless , unless you want a 300 dollar paper weight. that and paying for the game and the system isn't enough for xbox, they have to charge you to play on your own internet connection is bullshit. I wouldn't mind so much if the system worked but the truth is microsoft rushed the system launch , making the ps2 a better system than the 360 when it wants to work.
